Does the vessel email remain the same throughout its life time? Does it change when a ship is renamed? Or when ship owner or manager company changes?
Also, is the ship email different from captain’s email? Are these email addresses used for different purposes?

Ship email can change when ship owner, ship manager or even satellite internet provider changes. Ship does not have a fixed email address.
Captain’s email - also depends on the company. Typically captain may not have a personal email - but use ship’s email address to communicate with the management and outside world. Some owners/managers prefer only captain to have access to this email - but in some cases other senior officers / engineers may also be able to access it.
